Time of the month...........

I have stopped taking my pill, as trying for a baby after 3 miscarriages in a year! I have had a period last month and I have now come on my period again today and in so much pain!!!

I was wondering whether anyone had advice to help soothe the pain??

For physical pain, I recommend ibuprofen the highest dose you can tolerate.
It should work fast and it helps reduce the flow.
Also have a hot bath.

If you mean psychological pain, not much help, but a friend went through 4 or 5 miscarriages before she had her beautiful two children.
