HSG

Just wondering if anyone has had a hsg scan. Did you take your husbands/partners with you. Can they go into the room or do they have to sit outside?
Got mine next week and feeling apprehensive .??

I had one but 10 years ago so could be different. DH came to door of anaesthetic room and met me again when I was just out of recovery after.

Oh and it was fine. Dr told my DH straight results as I was drugged up. Had pretty bad period like cramps straight after but windeze tablets helped and someone got me hot water bottles and more drugs!!

Mine had to wait outside too.
I was really nervous, but the people were lovely, and I was barely aware of it happening in the end - and I have a low pain threshold (can't even cope with smears easily!)
