Hello, hope you girls don't mind the random question, but seeing as we're on the subject, I was just wondering how much is 'enough' when it comes to ewcm? There's much talk on here about too little, too much, taking supplements to increase it.....but how do I know if I'm making enough??!

I'm sure it's a 'how long is the string' question but hey, no question is a stupid question etc!

Dizzy every person is different theres no such thing as to much and its still possible to get pg with barely any but ewcm is the best cm for sperm to move through and sperm lasts longer. If you dont have much then the sperm can die pretty quick

kissing I would dtd just in case but you can get all typea of cm through out cycle

missmrs I believe you need 3 days of high temps to confirm ov but I dont temp so no idea lol

Interesting chat about ewcm. Maybe this is tmi, but I will share with you all that I barely get any. Sometimes I notice a bit on the tissue after wiping, but that's about it. However, when I had my copper coil removed in August it was around my fertile time and the removed coil was literally dripping in loads of the stuff! I was a bit freaked out, but the nurse said it was "lovely" and a very healthy sign. I would never have known it was there going by my knickers. Just the kind of details I should be sharing on the Internet on a Friday night

Tooth 8 days post ov that is serious impatience haha. I always wait until the day my AF is due and if I get a bfn I then wait another 3-4 days to test again obviously if AF hasn't turned up in the meantime.

Lol.... I could never wait until AF due date!!! I'm climbing the walls already.
50% of pregnant women get a BFP at 9 dpo..... that's good odds.

My normal multi vitamin ran out today (have been taking extra folic acid), so I decided to go and have a look what special TTC were on offer in Tesco. What a bleeding rip off! £5 for only one month's supply (Seven Seas) and like a mug I still bought it!

Ahhhhh thanks it was driving me nuts!! So I take it you will not wait for the 14th to POAS again then :) I am on 8dpo too, so we are indeed ttc twins!
I am purposefully not getting my hopes up too much this cycle ad was sooo sure I was pregnant last cycle but was not!!!
Although I remember someone mentioning pregnacare conception was giving fake symptoms so I have stopped taking them since. Anyways this only thing we really need is frolic acid, right? Plus Pregnacare was giving me terrible stomach cramps!!! Does anyone know a conception multivitamins that don't give cramps?

tooth I'm exactly the same! I'm also 8dpo and took a FRER BFN, going to a wedding tomorrow and its with a group we usually drink quite a bit with when we see them, so desperate to know if I concived or not so I know whether to drink or not! Dont know if I should use my remaining FRER with fmu?? What do you ladies think?

I've had loads of symptoms including mega fatigue all week and had pink spotting 6dpo and brown spotting 7dpo now stopped..... So there might be a chance....
