So sorry treacle I have been there (if you remember from earlier in the year) I left and went part-time. Still pretty stressful but u have more time to recover outside school!

Sometimes think I'm not designed for the job. Too much noise, people etc.

I'd like to hold out until 14dpo coffee but if I manage that I'll give myself a medal! On my two previous charting pregnancies (1mc then DD) I got a BFP at 11dpo so I will not test before then so that would be 16/11, next Sunday. What do you think? Cariad??

I'm up for a Sunday 16th poas party! Determined not to symptom spot this month, I need a distraction! I may wrap all my Christmas presents haha.

I think I might try and hold out until Tuesday the 18th (13dpo). I've only ever tested on 10 and 11dpo on the cycles when I've ended up with a BFN. Keep me posted though... I may well change my kind when it comes to it.

I really am trying not to read too much into it (honest) but a couple of times today my nipples have felt sensitive and tingly. It was one of the first pregnancy signs last time...

Someone distract me from thinking about it!

Still in limbo land here, temp dropped a little this morning, no idea if I've ov'd or not but I definitely haven't had a +opk. Cd 15, I've never ov'd this late.

I agree with not being designed for it. I love it but gosh does it stress me out.

Fixed smiley today! And my temp rose - to its highest point but that doesn't show a difference yet as my temps have been all over.

I work part time organising projects for a local not-for-profit community music organisation. I'm also training to become a proofreader. The plan is to get pregnant, give up work to look after kiddies but bring in some money with freelance proofreading. I do really enjoy my current job, but I want to be a SAHM at least when they are little. (Just my personal ideal - not judging anyone else!) Treacle hopefully you'll get upduffed asap and can slip out through mat leave!

Hello all and sorry for going awol again, very busy work week here and a tough week emotionally for me. It's now my day off and I definitely feel lighter about it all! I too am a teacher and treacle I really empathise with how you're feeling. It's a tough job at the best of times but when you're grieving and stressed by personal circumstances too, it's really very hard.. There is no hiding, is there? I hope you can relax at the weekend my lovely. Don't panic about the lack of smileys, I didn't get my +ve until cd22 this cycle and temps have totally been all over the place, but I did ov in the end. Try to think positive ov thoughts and mentally coax the egg x
I'm now and hoping not to cave until next weekend. I'm not on the stats list but have quite a few cycle buddies, I think? Totally symptom spotting here too - loads of dull cramps, too early for AF, had a slight temp drop yesterday: TOTALLY implantation, right?? Who's in for POAS party Friday?

Well done on the smiley treacle well timed for the weekend.
+ve opk for me last night on cd17 - really relieved. The cp has added roughly 5 days to my cycle. I really sympathise with those of you with long/irregular cycles.
The knock on effect is I won't be due my bfp until around 22nd now.

Anyway I'm holding out to POAS until next Friday (unless AF gets to me first like she did last month) so count me in on that party. I'll bring the Pringles!

Hey purple, 9dpo here but my LP is quite short so AF is usually here around 11dpo. I have no idea when a BFP would show up on a test - last time I didn't test until AF was a week late! (You can tell we'd been TTC for a month so I wasn't remotely stressed about it. This time there's no way I'd wait a whole week!)

My youngest has had me up all night being sick. Then still sick this morning. I've had to scrub the carpet, do two loads of washing and dettol door handles, toys etc and all before 6am. Exhausted

Mamapo I was the same. With dd I tested a week late and this time 2 days early with a frer! I have to say though, I almost wish I didn't, time is seriously dragging with the constant fear it is going to go wrong again.

Just on my way to the Docs for my progesterone and prolactin blood results. BFN this morning (cd28) with eBay cheaply green tests ??

Positive opk!!! Cd11 so looks like my cycle is hopefully back on track and will ov 12/13. Fingers crossed my luteal will also be back to normal. Will dtd tonight, tomorrow and maybe Sunday too!
