Hey all
My tww starts again today. 4th cycle. Just had 2 full days of positive opks and lots of bd with dh.

So let the crazy symptom spotting begin and the madness that is the tww.

Anyone else in the tww - hoping to hear lots of bfp stories xx

Wow crazy symptoms everywhere, hopeful it sounds early but definitely those symptoms sound like early pg. and vivid dreams, got to be a sign. Is it just me or are these days dragging by very slowly? Slowest two weeks in history.

Ok I've finally lost it. Had another bad bout of nausea this morning so have just gone into boots boughtt a frer and then gone into the only shop with a loo - mamas and papas (the irony) to poas. The light gave out whilst waiting my 3 mins so dashed to the car. Now I'm sat in car park checking no one I know is around so I can check the stick! This is totally out of character for me ......... ps I think I've now left the test to long to be reliable. I see a clear line so poss a evap. And the wait continues ......

Hopeful, high drama! Are you now about 6/7 days into the TWW? When are you due AF/BFP? Fx for you.

I'm the worst employee ever! I'm supposed to be planning a new major project and writing a major report to the leadership here and all I can do is check mumsnet and rub my belly. Gaaaaah.

I'll challenge you for worst employee HairSylist...have loads to do but have been on the internet googling. Worst thing is I am googling the exact same things I google every month!! Also, have broken my self imposed ban by coming on here during work time. One of my colleagues just came into my office and had to quickly minimise the page!
This 2ww is dragging but at least I only have a few more days to go. I am the most impatient person ever so think ttc#1 taking so long is mother natures way of teaching me patience.

Yep im 8-9dpo.
I know thelight going out was a pain I thought it was automatic so started waving my arms around and nothing happened :(
I'm always on here when I'm supposed to be working lol xx

As my inlaws are in the house tomorrow am I POAS today instead - BFN. Am 13 DPO (CD 31 long for me) and have had no real symptoms at all so not very surprised. Just want AF to come now so I can get on with the next cycle (but no sore boobs, no cramps, nothing to indicate it's on it's way). Seriously hoping you guys have a bit more luck!! Oh and I POAS with FMU and it was a preg test for my advanced CBFM.

Are you all waiting to POAS once your period is late? Not sure how early to test.

Just got back from the doctors, he said that I needed to wait another 10 days as it's apparently not unusual for a bfp not to show until af is 3 weeks late?! 10 MORE DAYS! I'm going to go mad if no a for bfp by then, lol!

Yes... He also said it's not unusual to have a one off weird cycle so I'm trying not to get my hopes up really.

Re your question on testing... Most ppl will get a bfp on the day of missed period. Some tests are supposedly sensitive enough to detect of a few days before although I can't speak from experience.

If you know exactly when AF is due definitely best to wait until it's late li think OR use a FRER a couple of days before. I don't know when I'm due because cycles are a bit all over the place which is why I did a test at 10DPO and then13 DPO.

I bought a job lot of cheap tests from an online chemist. I thought testing could get pricey otherwise

Pricey and addictive :) I'm hanging out to test until Tuesday which is when AF us due. Sams experience has been a reality test as to how difficult testing can be!

Sam really sorry your waiting game continues, must be frustrating. Don't give up hope tho.

Hi all, sam I feel for you how annoying not knowing!! Sounds promising though if you've not been this late before.

6dpo for me, have rather tender boobers and have literally had bizarre vivid dreams since the weekend. Dreamt that mil came to visit and decided she hated me and even had a note book and was making notes about me!! So weird, would like to think it's a symptom but realistically too early I think.

hope we get a bfp soon on here!!

I'm on CD27 which is usually the last day of my cycle. Next couple of days will be long! Have had nausea since waking up, very unusual. Far too early to be a symptom..? Could have been a combo of having something new/different for dinner last night which doesn't agree, and travel sickness from a long drive today. Still feel sick now, so can't be the travel sickness, but had the same thing for dinner again, so can't tell..! Gahhh.

You can add dizziness, the shakes and feeling too hot to my "symptoms" too, joyful!

I had vivid dreams last night too, dreamed I was fired at work for being lazy....! Plausible event given how crap I a being right now....
