We're ttc #3, mid way through cycle 10 and about to commence the 2ww.

We've been child free for a few days and have gone down the quantity route Blush but ive always thought it was more (sperm) quality than (sperm) quantity - what do you reckon! Grin

I think you will find opinion divided. I have taken advise from a fertility acupuncturist with years of experience and a couple if books behind her, and she said have sex every day over your fertile window. The Nurse at my GP surgery however days to have sex once every three days.

I have fallen pregnant twice in 10 months and both those months we had sex every day/twice a day. The months where we have done the every other day approach - nada.

Of course if the man has been diagnosed with sperm issues then I would say every other day would be better. Plus if the couple are young and at their peak fertility wise then they can probably just have sex once and get knocked up, so all of the above advice is really for people in their thirties/forties I think.
