Anyone not quite ttc yet but still convincing themselves of pregnancy?!

Might sound a little crazy but I can't be the only one can I?! I have a 6 year old boy already and we have agreed to start ttc in the New Year. Started taking my prenatal tablets as it is best if you use these for 3 months before ttc. But as I was on the implant we have taken this out to let me hormones settle and just using the old fashioned contraception for now. This failed one night and I did go and get the emergency pill as we are determined to stick to the plan as I have only this year started a new job. However as this is only 98-99% effective I am convincing myself that bloating, constipation and an overall achy/tired feeling has nothing to with my awful cold but pregnancy symptoms. Due AF on 31 Oct, trying to ignore my vivid pregnancy dreams and fake symptoms but no doubt when AF does arrive I will also convince myself it is pregnancy bleeding....
Losing my marbles I think!!!

It is just me then.....

I did last month. I'm still on the pill! Had all sorts of symptoms and convinced myself it could only be one thing. It couldn't Sad

Me too Blush. We have agreed to start trying next month, I still have my mirena in situ, and yet any nausea/sore boobs/any other tenuous symptom and I'm convinced I'm pregnant. It's doubly mad because it took forever to get pregnant with DS.

I know, it is crazy really. And a dream every night this week that I do a test and realise I am already 10 weeks gone. Wish my brain would start being reasonable!!

Me too, we have decided to ttc in new year and I'm getting my implant out on Wednesday. I'm taking the vitamins as suggested by my doctor and I am really paranoid now. I am hoping to start temping and charting to watch my cycle hopefully become normal and I am hoping it will help me as knowing what is going on will help. Do you think it will get worse from Wednesday?!

It gets worse. I had my implant out in early summer. I track my cycles on an app. And even worked out my ovulating date in January and therefore a potential due date and maternity leave dates. Not normal I'm sure. Good luck ttc in Jan! X
