Vasectomy reversal

Success anyone?

DH is 33 and has had one after I suffered two bouts of PND after DS (three) and DD (17 months).

I don't think we'll want to go there again but friends are falling pregnant all around me and I feel broody and a bit young to have cut off my fertility (I'm 32 - I know that's not young, young, but you know what I mean).

I suppose I just want to know if a few years down the line if we wanted to do it all again that there would be hope.

Not personally, but I have a friend who divorced and remarried and he had his vasectomy reversed successfully. Think it cost quite a bit to have it done though.

Hi! Sorry it's an older post but thought I'd comment. My hubby is having his reversal done (after 5 years) in a couple of weeks. The surgeon is optimistic about his chances but on average at 5 years, success rates are 50-60%. If your hubby is wanting it done, the sooner the better as the longer you leave it, the success rates go down. We are going through a BMI hospital and the op is £2500.
