im not due for my period for another week ... i just came off of the mirena last month . we have been using the withdrawal method for bc since .. i was fertile from the 7th to the 14th .. according to my ovuline app . I normally have a period the same day every month . which means i shouldn't be starting until around the 24th . but i woke up this morning with bleeding .. it isn't heavy but it isn't spotting either .. can anyone help me out please !!!!

My guess is that you have started your period earlier than usual due to having the coil removed and it messing up your usual schedule.

Why would you leap to the conclusion that you might be pregnant when a) you've been actively using a form of contraception (albeit a rather crude and ineffective one)

b) have started bleeding

c) have not missed a period or been late for a period.

This bleeding will either turn into a full period or it won't. If you are in doubt after a few days just do a test.
