I'm feeling the same as you wanttobe, crampy and keep rushing to the loo but no sign of AF yet. Really don't want to test yet though, can't hear the possible disappointment.

tranquility still ok sign o af for me but still got the cramps... 11dpo, FRER is in the post should arrive today but I am working late tonight so will do tomorrow with fmu if it arrives. Otherwise hold out til when it does arrive! Unless af makes an appearance...

Well I think af is on her broom stick on her way to me got more brown spotting hardly anything would not even notice if I wasn't checking but now getting twinges.... boooo I may be wrong as I have thought af was coming about a week ago

well FF has finally decided to confirm ov and put me at 3dpo. I think I'm 4dpo but either way I think Im in the 2ww and so already plotting when to start poas . My chart is very weird but I'm assuming it's due to the fact that I rarely sleep well and spend most of the night awake.

spinning I have no idea which temp to take. I'm finding temping quite baffling - I think because I too wake on and off and my temps vary widely depending on what time I take them!

Do I feel sick and tired because:

a) I had a late night last night
b) AF is on the way
c) I'm so bloody nervous wondering whether I'm pregnant or not
d) The other thing?

Seems like we haven't had any good news for a few days - where are the BFPs hiding?!

Spinning - I'd put the first temp in an online adjuster and use that.

Didn't even bother testing this morning as my temp has taken a dive - that'll be AF tomorrow then. At least I know I have a decent luteal phase length as I'm 13dpo today. grasps at straws

RIGHT. What supplements can I try next month? I can't have soy. What does EPO do? I might get some manuka honey from Aldi. I know it's not the strongest kind, but at least I can smear it on the cats' various scratches (I have two, they occasionally try to murder each other) and not feel like I'm smearing them with actual gold.

Somesort, epo helps with more cm if you don't have much. I take 2000mg a day. Only take it till ov though.

Lol somesort re Manuka! It is pricey but it definitely works. I've only just heard it could help with baby making so it's on my every day eats list now, along with folic acid. May take epo if I'm not upduffed as it can't hurt to get more juicy

Cd28 here. AF due over any time between now and Friday. No mega symptoms so feeling that I probably won't be announcing to the family at Xmas with pics of scan hidden inside individual Christmas crackers (yeah prob v cheesy but if you can't be cheesy at Christmas when can you be?!?!)

Spinning fertility friend say to record your first temp as long as you've had 3/4 hours of consecutive sleep. It doesn't matter what time this is a long as it's consistent so you could set an alarm for say 5am, temp and then go back to sleep. Alternatively what I do is set my alarm for 6.30 or 7 and then if I wake up earlier then I temp, make a note of the time and then use the BBT adjuster to normalise it. Don't worry about spikes though, that's really normal but what you want to see is a biphasic pattern, so first half of cycle is generally lower temps than second half (after ov).

For anyone charting I would also highly recommend checking the position of your cervix as that always helped me to confirm ov alongside OPKs and temping with DC2. Now I am TTC#3 my cervix has been in too much use and is not as easy to read!

Oh god. Send help! In London today on a course. Get to Waterloo cannot resit the huge boots stocked high with FRERs. Do it in the toilet. Bfn. Pretty devastated. Get on tube and go to anothe station. Go to costa, pay for coffee, glancing at pee stick in my bag in the q just to double check no line. Decide to have a better look when I sit down. THE PER STICK HAS GONE. It is no longer in my bag. I am mortified. Now planning escape route from Costa hoping no one will realise it was my pee stick if pee stick is on floor by the till... Or maybe someone stole it? Are there such things as pee stick thiefs?

It's be karma. Have decided one ICs run out I will not buy anymore and vow only to pee on a FRER in future. At 12dpo.

Oh god, Wanttobeamummy, I'm sorry it was a BFN but I couldn't help but do a little sympathy laugh as that is the type of thing that happens to me all the time! I lost a pair of period knickers in Starbucks once when they fell out of my bag. My kitten chewed my mooncup in full view of my MIL. You get the idea.

If you come across it on the floor, can you sort of brazen it out and pick it up, then if anyone is looking, throw it away and look disgusted while saying 'I thought it was my pen! Urgh!'.

I'll do a bit of research into EPO. I can't take anything that is going to screw around with oestrogen and progesterone levels, so I need to know how it works to increase CM before I can have it. I took those tablets that delay your period (progesterone based) when I got married and you would not believe the hassle I had to go through to get them prescribed. I was allowed only because it was obviously a 'one off', so taking anything regularly like that is a big fat noooooooope.

What does TTC do to us, feel like a crazy person, keep asking dh if he can smell certain things or if it's just me, just to see if it's a SYMPTOM, he definitely thinks I've lost it.
I'm due between Thursday/Saturday and woken up with lower back ache, usually my number one clue that Af is on her way trying not to get too disheartend but it's hard.

Bleeding and pain stopped last night so hoping it was just an ov bleed. We DTD last night just to make sure but will be DTD as much as possible util around CD17. OH has requested that I don't tell him I'm ovulating cause he just feels used . DD is being wild today and I've had a wee cry cause she is 7mo today and it has flown by! (emotional wreck atm!)

want firstly, hilarious story but secondly why do we keep these disgusting peed on sticks instead of throwing them out straight away ... no good can come of it!!

Spinning cervix checking, once you've got the hang of it, is quite easy. I always do it in the shower, I sort of squat down a little, bear down and then use my index finger to check it. If you keep checking every day, at around the same time then you should notice a pattern, you're looking for position (high, medium, low), texture (soft, medium,firm) and how open it is. It's really very clever when it's HSO (high soft and open) and then it closes tight up after ov.

I still have my bfp pee sticks from DD haha!
