Also, haha thanks ladies. The cycle I got my first bfp we had dtd 10 times. This cycle only 8. Hey Ho ;)
I'll be annoyed if no bfp, we've worked hard for it this month!

Totally fed up ladies. Cd17 here day 2 of peak. Hubbie couldn't manage last night as was tired, and has already text at lunchtime to dp say he isn't feeling well and just got home and he isn't here!! FFs I am so annoyed I know he is going to not b up for it tonight either which will mean we will only have managed on 1 high, and possible 1 more high!

I am trying to remain understanding but I want to scream at him, I want this to happen, I hate my job, and I want out via mat leave. This is what we agreed and kinda doesn't feel like he's holding up his end of the bargain I am so cross and sad.

Thanks everyone, it is a bit of a relief. I mean our chances are reduced quite a bit every month from the norm but there is still a chance and if it comes to ivf hopefully we will have a decent chance of succeeding with that.

Right we need more bfps!! Who is next to poas??

Katie sorry you are feeling down. I know you want to try and DTD as much as possible over your peak period. There is little evidence that dtd every day is any more effective than every other day and the day conception is most likely according to my acupuncturist is 2 days before ovulation. I know this probably doesn't help that much but just trying to say don't stress too much about dtd every day

Really pleased your scan brought you good news lucie, must be a good weight off your mind now to have a plan of action.

treacle, that's exactly how I feel about this month - we dtd more this month than possibly we did on our three week honeymoon!!

I started using ff this month btw. It's quite interesting to see everything laid out, isn't it? I don't temp, and probably won't ever be able to either as dd is a shit sleeper so I'm up way too many times in the night, but even without that data, it is great to get everything written down and look at the chart. What I do find effing annoying - partic as I don't think I'll be getting a bfp this time around - is that going on my symptoms, moods etc, it does that % of early pg signs thing. I'm currently rated at 35% on 10dpo. of course, I should just not visit that bit of the app and then I wouldn't have to complain

broody I love ff for tracking my temp. I use mydays for just general tracking.

There are definitely some very promising symptoms on this bus. Can't wait to dust down my pom poms and cheer on the next BFP.

Katy - If it's any consolation, I have a theory (based on my numerous journeys on the buses) that the person who gets super angry with their DP/DH around ov is practically guaranteed to get a BFP. Of the June EDDs it was Mrs E and her angry sex. Before that, there was definitely a member of the May AN thread. Big hugs.

Morning all! I'm sat in the vathroom having just poas and waiting for the result. My AF was due yesterday and still isn't here this morning. Temp is still high-rise but completely unreliable today as I had a truly terrible sleep! DH is unwell and fell asleep early, then I woke at 1am with him shivering so hard the whole bed was moving. Poor man! Ive had only patchy sleep since then.

OK - BFN. I will continue to play the waiting game. Today is 11dpo and I'm using and ic so I won't count myself out just yet. But if I am out - come on AF!

Lucia, so pleased for your positive appointment. It makes such a difference to get a good clinician when you're worried about things.

Katy, that sounds so tough. I'd be passed off too. Make sure you keep talking to each other about how this ttc lark is making you feel because I think it should stressful for everyone.

Well had some slightly brown streaked mucus had this Thursday and thought af was coming but nada nothing let's hope something happens tonight

Treacle my one year old nephew currently has Hand Foot and Mouth and my GP said I would be fine. Even getting infected won't harm the baby/blastocyst like rubella and chickenpox can. Just make sure you are constantly washing your hands and/or using anti-bac gel. xxx

Thanks Kitty :) I am always washing my hands. Problem is I'm in nursery so I'm constantly around their saliva/poo/wee/vomit.

A bit confused today and reassessing when I ovd. Originally thought Friday as had stabbing pain but not much cm. Some ewcm on Sat and Sun. Today more cramps and really slippery cm so do you think ov was today and not Friday?

Really wish I was temping or on the opks so I had a better idea of what on earth is going on.

But I have just vomited my dinner

Sorrry things are rough katy. I think we forget how tough this is on men. Maybe he's feeling a bit fragile about everything. I hope you get to talk about things. Most of what I've read seems to suggest that eod is fine as well. Take care
