Ps fwiw do NOT trust ics!! I got a very lovely positive on a frer and pg 1-2 on a cb digi weds and a very clear fuck off no you're not pg on an IC! I do not trust those things!! I had negs on them also when I saw my bean back in April!

furtive ok, I will confess too, I poa-ic this morning too and BFN. I didn't even buy them, they came free with some preseed I bought. I kind of want to use them all up to remove them from my house!

As I'm fairly certain this isn't my month I just bought the FF VIP membership so I can obsess for next month.

Ok could somebody slap me! I've just POAS but only 7dpo so bfn obviously. Just felt I needed to get it out my system!!

Re vits, just to let you know what I've been on as not sure if they'll help anyone.
I had a short LP so I started taking vit b6 which contributed to me catching with my first one in nov last year I believe.
I take holland and Barrett 50mg b6 cd1-ov then up it to 100mg
Boots epo oil capsules twice per day up to ov, then switch to omega 3 (1000mg) from ov
Pregnacare conception 1 per day
Vitamin d3 10ug holland and Barrett x 4 per day
CoQ10 (swansen) 200mg x 2 per day
Vitamin b complex with vitamin c times release holland and Barrett 1 per day

I will be thinking of you and praying your little bean keeps growing. I know you will be terrified and possibly not enjoy the first trimester but do use us as a sounding board if you need to.

Thanks sunbathing! Obviously I hope you're right but I do think it's more likely to be an evaporation line now. Just PO another ic stick which was defo BFN. I do have a frer but don't want to use it yet - will certainly do one tomorrow with fmu if get any more lines on ic but otherwise might be a waste of money.

I think when I dipped the first one I maybe did it a bit wonky and the dye settled a bit oddly so looked like there was a line. (And obv with a bit of wishful thinking it didn't take much to convince myself it was +!)

Terrys and Jcandy glad I'm not the only one finding it impossible to avoid POAS! Though hopefully by spending money on the FF membership Terrys you'll invoke law of sod and get your BFP this month!

Furtive, my evap line looked like a faint bfp and not just on one test but 2 or 3, all ic's. When I used a frer there was nothing there at all. Fx you're one of the lucky ones and it really is a line

Oh forgot to say kitty, on cyclogest (progesterone) twice a day still. Up the rear this time lol, the front was too messy and wondered if it was irritating my cervix and causing problems

Spinning FF VIP is great for data nerds . I like the chart overlay features so I can compare my previous charts with the current cycle. You can also search for charts like yours and see the pg/not pg stats. It's something else to waste my time obsessing over when I run out of things to Google

I am not feeling positive for this month, hence the FF purchase but I am a positive person in general so onwards and soy-upwards to next month

I'm just starting to feel a bit more about my ectopic now as I've previously conceived within a couple of months (albeit there was a mc in there too)

I have managed spa tone previously. However to get my levels anything near what they need to be, it just isn't potent enough. Ferritin now at 8 sadly. But I'm hoping to take one now and again in the hope a bit is better than nothing. I'm just not looking forward to the acute stomach cramps, which I've had for the last week continuously. Spa tone is better than floradix though I think.
