Hi,
I've been given clomid as I don't ovulate or have periods naturally (PCOS and endometriosis). I've been told I will only get given it for 6 months so obviously want to try my best to optimise each cycle.
I've seen people talk about soy, makuna honey, certain vitamins etc. But I'm not sure if any of these are suitable to use alongside clomid? I don't want to ask my doctor as they are pretty useless and I know they will disregard all of them 
So do any of you lovely ladies use any extra things on top of taking clomid or anyone done it and it's worked?
