Starting to worry now...

This is my first ever post, although I'm a long time lurker! I'm 34, have a dd who is 3 and currently we are TTC number 2. We have been 'not preventing' for about a year now although have gone through some tough times including a very stressful house move so up to now I haven't been too worried that it hasn't happened.

The last couple of months we have tried tracking ovulation using an app and then this month I've used Clear Blue digital ovulation sticks. This is where I start to worry- as I'm on day 18 and still no positive! Has anyone else had this? My cycle has been 33 days the last few months, although it varies. I have really no idea if I should be worried or not that I haven't seemed to ovulate this month... would be really grateful for any advice

Hi there, id keep on with the sticks you may just ovulate late. I ovulate around cd 19/20

Hi hugh. I'm no expert and still quite new to ttc. But I do have a 33 day cycle and usually ovulate between days 17 and 20. Keep testing and try not to worry. I am also trying temping, which so far seems to have been a good indicator that ovulation has taken place.

Thanks, you've both made me feel better- I will keep on with using them and try not to worry. Do either of you know if I should test in the morning or evening? Doesn't say on the pack.

When I was using opks to start with id test twice a day once mid morning and again later in the afternoon as it can be easy to miss

Good idea, thank you! Fingers crossed it happens soon
