Hi, not sure if this is the right place, I have a 10 week old baby and had sex with my husband when baby was around 5 weeks old, the condom actually fell off as we stopped (sorry for tmi) so I thought there is very little chance any had escaped. I took a test around two weeks after to be sure and it came back negative but still no period but had a bit of spotting and unusual discharge??? Am I just being paranoid or should I have had a period by now. I'm guessing I left enough time to test so all is ok I just have a niggling feeling as I've still not come on.

I stopped breastfeeding at 4 weeks and my periods didn't return until my baby was about 13 weeks. That said, I would test again because right after having a baby, you are EXTREMELY fertile.
