Hi all, can someone give me advice on ovulation and cm

Hi All

As it says really. I thought I had ovulated at the back end of last week but im still getting lots of ewcm (sorry if tmi)

I dont think ive ever had this before (or just not been taking that much notice) so my question is really ... is this normal?

Im not quite sure when your supposed to get the ewcm?

Hi hopeful

You can get patches of ewcm throughout your cycle, not just when ovulation is approaching. Other things affect it too like exercise, how much water you've drunk etc. Our bodies do like to confuse us...

Basically if you've got ewcm then DTD. You could try temping as well as monitoring your cm this is the only thing that will definitely tell you if you've ovulated or not as your temp should rise & stay elevated after you've ovulated.
