Over 35 - how often to DTD?

Could dtd every day cause sperm to be of lower quality? I'm 36, DH is 40 and so far this year I've suffered an ectopic and a miscarriage. Have just started TTC this month, but wondered if it mattered if we TTC every day for the next week to 10 days if we feel like it?

Or is every other day better?

Having sex every other day can improve your chances of conception, though it holds true in case your DH have low sperm count. It takes the average man about thirty to forty hours to return to his usual level of sperm production after he ejaculates. A man who has a low sperm count may take as long as forty eight hours after ejaculation to return to his usual level of sperm production.
However, stressing over timing of sex during ovulation can actually hurt your chances of getting pregnant. Density of sperm in each ejaculate diminishes with frequent orgasms, but all that really matters is that there is some sperm in the woman's Fallopian tubes during the time of ovulation. DTD, two or three times a week should do its job, if you both are healthy with no other fertility issues.
