Any cbfm know it all out there (not the new fancy one?)

So I have the older cbfm. can anyone explain to me why last month I had 2nd bars cd 16-cd24, no high but first month using it. . . but now this cycle I've had an immediate 2nd bar since cd6 ? (now cd9) ?!

It seems massively out of sync and feels like a waste of money..

The second bar appears when your oestrogen rises and the peak appears when your LH rises. If the machine doesn't detect an LH shift then it will stick at High until it uses 20 sticks.

I assume you bought it from new? If you bought it second hand then did you do a hard reset on it? If you didn't then it would be operating on the previous owners cycles initially and not yours.
