Hi

So I have had a cold, not a terrible one, which lasted a couple days but has nearly gone.

Since friday afternoon (second day of my cold, but was feeling well enough that morning to go into work) I can't even describe how sick I felt. I had to run out of the dining room at work at the smell of the food, and all I could manage was some dry toast. This has continued since then. I cant face most things and just feel awful. Can't get out of bed as it makes me feel more sick.

I have mild cramping, very very almost inperceptably so, as AF is due in 3 or 4 days.

Do you lovely ladies think this could be early signs or just a cold that's made me feel sick?

Thanks ! Xx

Also. My boobs hurt a bit but nothing unusual for this time of month and I have horrible taste . this would have been the first time we tried and as I had just had the copper coil out I've no idea when I was ovulating so.... I don't know how likely it is. Also I would only be about 2 weeks maximum so would I really feel this sick?

The smell thing sounds like a positive sign! I got that very early days with all three of my pregnancies...plus the sore boobs...fingers crossed for bfp!

:) if it wasn't for the cold I would be convinced of it ! Although I don't tend to get nausea like this with a cold, and as my husband pointed out, surely if it was a sickness bug I would have actually been sick. Which I haven't !

I guess I will have to see what happens over the next few days. The cramping makes me think that AF could still be on her way...

Hi lychee I am currently 9dpo, ttc #1, cycle #2.

Yesterday I had a few waves of nausea in the afternoon. I didn't think too much about it but it was definitely enough to make me stop what I was doing in the garden and try to steady myself.

Today however I was out shopping with my mum at Ikea. We were half way round the shop and from absolutely nowhere I was hit with wave after wave of nausea every 15 minutes or so, all of sudden got incredibly thirsty and then when I went to buy a bottle of water, the smell of food from the restaurant was making me physically gag. This is really not normal for me even when I get AF.

I plan to test on Saturday morning so will try not to overly symptom spot but will defo not miss it if this nausea and strong sense if smell continues!!!

Fingers crossed for you teeniedeenie34
I feel less sick today but still a little and quite like I have heartburn and things still smell awful to me that shouldn't

Wonder what this means ?!
