Am a 1st timer Mumsnetter. Am 42 TTC baby no 3 & periods have disappeared after always being regular (lots of negative pregnancy tests). Can anyone please recommend a private scan facility in N London, I have an NHS appoint for Oct but want to reassure myself prior to that.
