what does implantation bleed look like?

hello!
i am 8dpo today, and have been having on and off symptoms, tiredness, headaches, waves of nausea, hot flashes, sneezing alot, drained all the time, i also have a weird aching feeling on my right side, but all my ovulation pain was on the left?? and when i went to the loo about 2pm today, when i wiped there was fresh red blood, not alot, with creamy CM,
does this sound like implantation to anyone? ive never experienced and implantation bleed before, in my previous pregnancies?

When I had implantation bleeding I felt a sharp stabbing pain on one side and then some bleeding which I think was bright red. That was my third pregnancy and didn't have it in either of the others.
