Me and my partner have been trying to concieve,
I was on the pill for a couple of years and have stopped taking it over a year ago,
I have had roughly four periods since stopping and they are very irregular, and I'm still not pregnant, has anyone got any advice, maybe on if there is any vitamins/ supplements I can take Ect....

Get yourself to the docs lovely, if your periods are irregular still after a year there could be more to the story than meets the eye.

Definitely get checked out 4 periods in a year is very irregular.

Do you know if you are ovulating?? That will be the first thing a gp will check for with a blood test.
