November bus opening doors- all aboard for BFPs!!!

I know its waaay early for a November bus to set off but AF arrived today kicking me off the September bus and with DH away next month the October bus is not an option. Anyone fancy joining me in the long wait? I don't expect much action on this thread for a few weeks but it would be nice to have some company. My stats are below:

iamevan, 35, TTC#2, cycle 6, BFP due 7th November

hoping i am not to late to join the November bus, AF came to visit this afternoon, i knew she was on her way this morning, had a wobble yesterday for no reason , which happened the month before too so that is a clear sign she is about to arrive, going to keep taking my seven seas conception tablets and use the clearblue ovulation kit and take it from there, had a heart to heart with hubby last night, he told me i need to stop putting so much pressure on myself and just try and relax about it, which is sensible but just want a baby so badly,

I'll be 6 weeks on Wednesday so not long to wait. I'm hoping once I have the midwife appt we can start enjoying the pregnancy. It is very different to last time. My youngest is nearly 9 so it's been a long time. Dh & I were Over the moon as you can imagine and I want to feel that way again. It's almost like it's unreal. We bought more tests just to keep checking!

I was thinking of a scan around 8 weeks for re-assurance, there's a place doing it nearby me for £40.
Even writing it sounds bloody terrifying. I think I will have to as it may allow me relax.
Jeez, I didn't realise just how much the mc has affected me, I know I will be fine when I get by the times I've set. Fx

Sunbathing, how many weeks are you now, have you had m/w appt yet?

Would you say you settled a bit more when you oast a certain amount of weeks?

On the experimental front this month I have conceive plus and I'm having a bash with the clear blue fertility monitor, oh and I'm planning on jumping the DH loads!!

Come on ladies, let's keep positive and knock this month out of the water with uber amounts of BFPs!

Had been jumping on & off buses as it was stressing me out, but am in an odd situation this month. Usually my periods are very heavy involving flooding & clots, changing a full pad every couple of hours. This month I am currently cd25 and have been bleeding v lightly for 5 days, not enough to fill a pad up. I am I think 13dpo today and DTd the day before and after ovulation. It's odd for my period to come so quickly, usually I have long cycles and it's never been this light EVER.
It is unusual for me, so I wonder if it's worth testing or if the bleeding rules me out?
Help! Any thoughts?

Jessica it seems a bit long for implantation bleeding. Though personally with there being a difference to Af I would test to find out either way. Then you can move on either way. Good luck.

So I have a big dinner tonight with lots of rare steak and red wine on the cards so I have caved in and done an frer 2 days early so I would know if I can drink. This came up but I am a complete novice at these tests. Is this a definite and can you get false positives on a frer?

That is hella strong and false positives are very uncommon. No wine for you, purple, but congratulations!

Thank you Mama. I've always wanted until after af was due before and used digitals so was a bit unsure. Very happy and scared that it will go wrong but happy for now. The friends I am meeting tonight though are both struggling to conceive so that will be difficult.

I'm not sure if I am ovulating now, got a pos on opk on Monday but still no temp rise and I'm worried that my body is only gearing up to ov but not actually doing it

Mum, what day are you in your cycle? Maybe you will ov a little later, I'm sure I've read that sometimes our bodies gear up to ov and then don't and it comes later. If you don't get the temp rise and have ov confirmed this cycle Then I would ask the doc to do blood tests.
