Help me with an OPK question!

I had a positive result on Wednesday afternoon, so DTD Wednesday night. I had a paler result yesterday afternoon, but DTD last night anyway.

When am I likely to have ovulated, if you are supposed to ovulate between 12 and 36 hours after getting the positive? Are you supposed to have positive tests for those 12 - 36 hours?

As i understand it, once you have had your positive opk, you will ovulate 12-36 hours later i think, i think a paler result suggests the peak has gone and maybe you would of ovulated already?? as the opk picks up a hormone spike that sets of ovulation, on the Thursday the peak may have passed,
