CBDM do i just reset?

hello,
I bought a 2nd hand CB digital fertility monitor, and i started using it for the first time this month, I was also using alongside it the CB dual hormone opk, I had heard that the first cycle that you use the CB monitor its really just getting to know you, and this morning as normal I used both, I've had fertility 'highs' on bout for around 5/6 days and on the CB dual hormone one this morning I got my solid smiley face, however on my Digi monitor it just gave me a 'high' again, I'm not going to test on the monitor any more as I don't see the point so do I just leave my monitor and it will reset itself?? will it go back to day one or do I do that?
Any advice would be great

Just leave it until next CD1 then press the m button to set the start of your cycle again and it will tell you when it wants you to test.
As you bought it second hand, did you reset it before you started using it so it isn't trained to someone elses cycles?

yes i reset it, once i received it, as per the instructions on the internet,

No worries. I often stop putting sticks in mine once i get the first peak as it goes into auto piolot after that so its not actually reading them. Saves sticks that way! Doesn't seem to cause issues with it.
