Hello. New to this so please bear with me! I came off bc early feb to start ttc baby no#1. I'm 28 years old and was on the pill for 11 years. Since stopping bc my cycles have been very irregular but there is a bit of a pattern to my cycles in that they get shorter each month. First cycle was nearly 8 weeks but the last was only 37 days.
Anyway, I ovulated on cd24 and I'm currently on cd44 but still no period! Based on my previous cycles I guessed I should have had my period last weekend so in my mind I'm thinking my period is late. I know I shouldn't think that as my cycles are not reg but because I ovulated 3 weeks ago I though af would be here by now!!
Sorry for ranting on but I did a preg test this morning and I'm not pregnant 
and it was a digital one so I know it's accurate. Stupid I know but have had it in my head all week that I could be preg I now I feel devastated.
Please could someone give me some advice if you have been in a similar situation as I don't know who to ask.
