Help - confused :(

Ok so if any of you saw my previous post I wasn't sure if I was pg as basically my husband had a vasectomy in 2012 so this was not expected. In the end my gp and a clearblue test confirmed I was and I had already realised that I must have ovulated day 21 of what is normally a 27 day cycle. The only reason I know that is because I know the days we bd'd as my husband was away working most of that cycle. Complicated I know!
Anyway so fast forward to the weekend just gone. We just got our heads around baby #4 and then sat night I start bleeding. By sun morning it's really quite heavy and I have localised pain on one side. We go to a&e who check me out do bloods and book a scan. Blood comes back on Sunday with levels of 129 for 4+9 weeks which is really low. Monday I'm scanned and they see a very small structure. Today I have more bloods but my levels are only 149 so not doubling.
Basically I'm asking is this a miscarriage? I'm still bleeding but not in pain any more. Confused xxx

In not sure Spring but I understand that if the levels aren't rising then it shows there is an issue, it's not always necessarily a miscarriage though so don't give up hope. The trouble is that it's so early that it's hard to tell. I hope you get the answers soon and that everything works out. I'm sorry you're going through a hard time.

Thanks Hun, really gutted. We had just got our heads around being pg with an unexpected 4th. I've never been in this situation so I've no idea what's happening xx
