When to test

Im 3 days late but started getting really bad cramps this morning so thought AF was on its way, but all im getting is very light spotting pink/brown in colour. Is this AF or just pregnancy spotting? Ive bought a test but unsure when to do it... now? or when the spotting/light bleeding stops??
Anyone?????

Hi there - you should be able to test now as you are late (read packet to see if it states you should do the test at a particular time - some are specific). Cramps could be early pregnancy or could be late AF. Good luck!
