Should I poas am rather than pm?

I've seen a few people mention about taking a hpt in the morning rather than the afternoon.

I am on cd60 and have taken two hpt which have been bfn but both were taken at 7pm.

Would time of day really make much of a difference?

Your wee is more concentrated first thing in the morning, and in early pregnancy this can make a difference.
