I know it's early but I had a month off in September. Here is October's bus! :)

All aboard the spooky train!

Sorry Frog, I am blessed with pretty unobtrusive AFs so can't help.

Sorry to all of you suffering on the relationship front!!

I'm gonna be lurking at the back of the bus for a couple of weeks now. My CD12 scan yesterday showed that my body didn't respond to the Femara and the injections - no follicles have grown, so won't be ovulating any time soon. Decided not to induce AF because we're off on hols this Friday to Europe/UK, for the next fortnight... I'm hopeful my body might make an egg on it's own in that time! If so, I could do the IUI when I get back. Next scan the day after I get home on 10th Oct, so I could still be in with a chance for this bus!! Keep me on the stats if you don't mind Lucie? You're doing a stellar job keeping them updated!! Grin

Positives: no rushed first IUI before a long-haul flight (not ideal!), no TWW whilst on holiday GrinWine, and it was good timing for bad news given we'll be flying away so soon! Smile

Negatives: AARRRRGGGGHHHH. Fucking PCOS!!!!!!!!!!! ConfusedConfusedConfusedConfused

I'll keep lurking tho, and wishing you all luck!! Who knows who will have their BFP by the time I get back?! Grin X x x x

ItsFunnierInEnochian · 24/09/2014 07:15

Frog AF was/is like that for me when I'm not using hormonal contraception. Hot water bottle, Nurofen and chocolate are helpful. Mine are always very painful too.

CuppaSarah · 24/09/2014 07:30

Frog I have AFs like that when I'm really stressed out, it's like my body gets annoyed at how stressy I am and decidesto up the ante to show me what stress really is! I find gentle exercise helps speed the flow up and gets it over with a little quicker, of course I could be imagining it. But it's nicer to think I'm actually doing something productive.

Who was it that mentioned DTD every other day up the thread? I had no idea about that. I really cannot be arsed to think about DTD every day right now with every bloody little detail about the bloody wedding being rammed in my face constantly, so you have saved me a lot of energy. I swear one more wedding disaster and I am going to need to find a beautifully laid table to flip over and scream at. But being a stress monster is a good sign I'm going to OV maybe? maybe?!?! Better be!!

Fingers crossed for you ChandlersFarang hopefully you'll have a lovely holiday and then some good news when you get back.

TheProofIsInThePudding · 24/09/2014 07:56

CuppaSarah You have my sympathies on the wedding front (my cousin was demanding a different meal because she didn't like any of the menu options - grow up FFS! Plus the food at her wedding was awful as they spent ages doing photos so the meal was served an hour later than planned, but the caterer had it ready for the original time: there are deserts with more moisture than that chicken! She didn't get her special meal btw.)

Anyway, the only important thing is that you and your fiancé say the words and sign the paperwork. After that you can get on with the real business of being married, which is great! Weddings are just one day, marriages are forever.

ItsFunnierInEnochian · 24/09/2014 08:12

Ah, wedding stress. 3 days before my wedding last year my teenage sisters (twins) decided they didn't like the bridesmaid dresses so weren't wearing them. ungrateful picky spoilt swines I said fine, don't wear them, don't be bridesmaids, but come anyway please. My "mother" who I am NC with and have been for years promptly said I had to buy them a new dress to wear. AngryAngry They have several wardrobes rammed with clothes. At this point my step sister took over (shes the twins half sister, same Dad, me and the twins share a "Mum", they are divorced now but I remain close to step Dad and step siblings) and told my Mum to pipe down and the twins to wear whatever they wanted.

If I'd been TTC on top of that there is a good chance I would have killed someone bawled my eyes out.

spinningirl10 · 24/09/2014 08:33

Morning Grin

Sarah, enjoy your wedding day.

Welcome newbies.

Blueberry, did you manage to dtd? I know how frustrating it is when they say they're tired. Fx you had plenty of swimmers there waiting.

MrsE, how are things this morning? Hope they're better, moving is so stressful!

All ok with dp and I now, I've been really poorly all night with sickness and diaorreah (sorry tmi) Feel like shit this morning, still feeling really sick and water just goes straight through!

Jessica85 · 24/09/2014 08:39

Morning all! Sorry to hear about all the stresses - as if ttc isn't stressful enough.

Pretty sure I ov'd yesterday - EWCM and a temp rise today (only about 0.2C, but I think that counts cos it's been really steady before). IC okps still negative, but I'm ignoring them. Will keep dtd eod just in case.

So, is it too early to symptom spot? I'd been totally scatty this morning - could it be an early sign of baby brain?!

Am I allowed to drink during the tww?! I feel like I'm gonna need a glass of wine. Also, I'm dieting at the moment - nothing drastic, just healthy eating really. Is it safe to keep going until a bfp? Arg! So many questions! Sorry!

CuppaSarah · 24/09/2014 08:55

Thank you for all the anti-stress messages! So far this week I've had a bridesmaid tell me she doesn't like her dress, so I got her a super cheap new ebay one, our wedding cake canceled without warning and my Mum got her dress altered but now hates it and feels I need to know every detail of this!! TTCwise I reckon all this stress will delay ov which will be annoying. I'm at the I'll laugh so I don't cry bit right now.

Jessica I reckon you're allowed to drink in the tww, as long as you don't get binging on it what harm can it do? Enough people drink in early pregnancy without knowing and it doesn't effect anything.

TheProofIsInThePudding · 24/09/2014 09:12

The embryo takes a while to implant and even then the placenta doesn't form right away either, so you don't need to feel guilty about drinking during the TWW. It's probably not a good idea to get completely wasted, but a glass of wine or two isn't the end of the world.

Eating a well balanced diet is going to be great for your baby. Being a healthy weight is also good for fertility and a healthy pregnancy, so just keep doing what you are doing. Good luck!

MrsExtraOrdinary · 24/09/2014 09:15

Welcome cuppa, just remember it's your day, do it your way. You can't please everyone. WineThanks I've been married twice so I fully appreciate your stress. Just remember all will be well as long as your beloved new dh doesn't poo on the floor! Blush

EnglishGirlsReturned · 24/09/2014 09:22

Morning lovelies!
Sorry do many if you are having DH related probs! Men!! Pain in the arse sometimes!
Glad your DH has sorted himself out Spinning Smile

Sorry you're body doesn't appear to be playing ball Chandlers, but glad you've got your holiday to look forward to.

FF has now put me at 3dpo, having supposedly ovulated at cd 18 - 5 days earlier than last cycle. Although I'm pretty sure I ovulated at cd16. We'll see. The amount of sex we've had this cycle means we've at least given it a bloody good shot!

EnglishGirlsReturned · 24/09/2014 09:22

Welcome to all the newbies too! Good luck! Smile

gennibugs · 24/09/2014 09:33

Morning All.

spinning glad you sorted thing out with DH. I hope you are feeling better soon - was it something you ate do you think?

blue we often have that issue. I get resentful because I think that even if I'm shattered I will at least try to dtd. It does put some much pressure this ttc.

english sounds like you have given it a good go!!

AF arrived me for this morning (at last) so onto cycle 11. I honestly thought I'd be a mum by Christmas when we officially started trying. how naive!!

I am going to try temping this cycle - never done it before but I've read up on FF and am determined to give it a go. If only just to see if I am ovulating this month or not.

Welcome to the all the newbies! Smile

MrsExtraOrdinary · 24/09/2014 09:34

Spinning, you poor loveSad get dh to get you some pro biotic tablets to restore the balance quicker to your gut. They are brilliant I promise you will have perfect poo in no time.

Just realised I've said poo twice this morning. Promise I'm not a weirdo!

TerrysNo2 · 24/09/2014 09:34

MrsE poo on the dance floor??? Shock Grin Sounds memorable!

Spinning I hope you feel better soon. I had a tummy bug a couple of weeks ago and whilst lying on the bathroom floor in agony I actually thought.... give me labour any day compared to this!

frog its your wedding and whilst you have to hear to other people you don't have to listen to them!! Be strong Wink

CD1 for me... really pleased that my luteal phase was 13 days rather than 15 like last month. Hopefully my cycles will get back to 27/28 days in time.

can you please add me to the stats...

Terrysno2 TTC #3 BFP due 25 October.

thanks!! Smile

TerrysNo2 · 24/09/2014 09:36

sorry Blush not frog but English this thread moves so fast I'm mixing up names! Blush

MrsExtraOrdinary · 24/09/2014 09:38

Terry's no not the dance floor, Grin and 'twas dh not me! Long story short, but he pooed on my clothes and the whole bathroom carpet of a 5 star hotel, in machine gun fashion! After taking Senokot that morning and then getting very drunk in champagne after eating nothing all day! Amazing I didn't divorce him on the spot really! Wink

TerrysNo2 · 24/09/2014 10:00

I'm going crazy!! Sarah... I meant Sarah!!!

TerrysNo2 · 24/09/2014 10:01

MrsE wow... is this the current husband?

spinningirl10 · 24/09/2014 10:11

English, it's a good feeling when you know you've given it your best shot, fx.

Genni, pleased af has arrived for you and you can get cracking on next cycle. I'll be interested to see how the temping goes and I really hope you have your baby in time for next Christmas.

I'm not sure where I've picked it up from! I was sick first and immediately thought, symptomGrin but I'm sure it's a bug now as it's been so bad. MrsE, dp has a long shift at work so I'm home alone, might have to ask my Mum to pick ds up from school for me....not sure I want to risk leaving the toilet!
Haha MrsE, I've heard that story before, I bet he was so embarrassed the following morning!!

CuppaSarah · 24/09/2014 10:15

Wow MrsE I feel a whole lot better already, if you're going to poo yourself during your own wedding might as well do it properly. gennibugs I hope temping works for you, I'm giving it a couple months before I try it so I'll be watching keenly to see how you get on with it.

Aprilray · 24/09/2014 10:23

Morning! Wow, this bus is getting busy, welcome to all the new passengers Smile

CD16 here and got a solid smiley. Unfortunately DH had already left for work otherwise would have jumped on him. He has been told to come straight home after work. Plan to DTD for the next three nights then have a break on Sat which works out well as we are staying with family and then DTD Sunday for luck when we are staying in a hotel.

Had a double whammy of relaxation last night, acupuncture after work and then my fertility CD before bed, had the best nights sleep in ages! Have a busy few days as work but am determined to stay relaxed and positive. I AM going to get my BFP on this bus.

Genni sorry you got a BFN, I know you were expecting it but it is still hard. At least AF has arrived and you can start your new cycle. I thought DH and I would have a little one by Christmas too! I temp and find it really helpful.

Spinning I hope you feel better soon!

Chandlers have a brilliant holiday. Hopefully the relaxation and change of scenery will lead to an egg and a holiday BFP.

Hiya ladies, wow, the thread is red hot, innit! Didn’t come by yesterday as I was taking it easy and watching Orange is the new Black series. Quite funny but sometimes a little explicit, not that we are used to TMI are we, lol.

I have a feeling many of us will be getting the bus tickets for the November route, including me. Because of the haemorrhage we’ve hardly been able to DTD so I very much doubt we have been able to catch the egg. Haven’t been having arguments with DH but he has been driving me up the wall a little. When things get really tough he starts ‘lifting the mood’ with stupid jokes….ggrrrr!!!! STFU!!! We got the sperm results back and considering it’s only been 3 months after his vasectomy reversal the motility is good and the volume too although he has 80% of abnormal sperm. We’ve sent the report to his surgeon, Mr Harriss, for him to give us the feedback.

This thread moves like lightning, lol. I just can’t keep up! I am at work and snoop from time to time. So hello to all the newbies, get well soon to the others having health problems, and well wishes to anyone having a rough time. To whomever it was making those lush drinks for Christmas could I have a bottle of the vodka one and a straw in it please, thank you Smile. We may not be having BFP’s this month but we are having engagements and weddings galore; so cheers and congratulations to all of us – 2 weeks since my engagement Grin

So now I don’t know what BFP date I may have. Originally I am due 7th October but now with this random heavy bleed the doctor presumes otherwise. I am going to my gynae today so let’s see if his diagnosis is the same as the hospital one.

frog are you the one who mentioned a very heavy period? I have been the same this month; I got my period on the 10th September and suddenly last Sunday I started bleeding very heavily. Just like a miscarriage but without the pain. I had to go to hospital Monday morning where I had a scan and the doctor saw nothing wrong and she presumed it could be that I have been shedding old lining Confused. Although this morning I had a feeling it could have been that I upped my co-enzyme q10 dosage from 200mg to 400mg this month?

alien11 · 24/09/2014 11:23

Hi can I join please? Ttc #2 , cycle 2 , part of clear blue dual hormone test thingy trial. I had my mirena removed in July 2014. Took me 6 months to conceive my daughter who is turning 3 on Sunday :-) I was 28 when I conceived her so now 32 and hoping my age doesn't go against me. I also had a AMH test when trying for my daughter which said I had low AMH levels and they would get lower with age...
