As others have said I don't think it makes a great deal of difference between DTD every day or every other day. We're planning on EOD because it will be more manageable for us.

AF has buggered off (hoorah!) and so I'm now waiting for ov.

Bit of extra info, I'm weaning off Amitriptylene, dropped from 75mg to 50mg today, GP says it absolutely won't harm baby if I should get a BFP before I'm totally off them. I take 40mg of Propranolol too which I'm still allowed to take up to 3 times a day but have only ever used it once a day. Just putting it out there in case any others on this thread have similar health issues

I'm trying epo this month after barely getting any ewcm last cycle. Does anyone else take it? What quantities do you take? I usually take 1000mg (to help with sore boobs before AF) but assuming I need to up the dose.

Pour us all a glass of that gin frolic I have taeken 1000mg the past 3 months but not noticed any changes. i have upped it to 2000mg this month. only take it up till ov though. last month i also started using cough medicine as well.

sorry to hear some of you are having partner troubles. We're not, but I am mad at him because he's too tired tonight. stupid to be mad at him because he is tired. :-(

MrsE I think that moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do. Add TTC into the mix and it's not surprising that you are giving each other short shrift at the moment. For us it helps to remember that it's the situation that's the problem and it's not actually a problem between us, if that makes sense?

Thanks sparkleand sunbathing. I'm on cycle day 8 now and have been taking 1000mg since day 1. Might up it to 3000mg then until ovulation.
I ovulated around day 17 last cycle so haven't yet started with the serious dtd. I've had a stomach bug the past few days so not feeling sexy at all!

It sure does cause more stress between partners ttc because if u weren't trying then it wouldn't matter if they were too tired to dtd. But put ttc into the mix especially around ov time and then they're too tired, it becomes really frustrating. I'm willing to put my all into it even when I would rather just snuggle up and go to sleep but DP doesnt have as strong a desire as me (yet) for making this baby.
Keep promising a full bj the day I find out I'm pregnany tho to keep him interested haha.

Ps blueberry I cry too even tho I don't want to as that will defo not turn him on. Hope he changes his mind for you.

Haha I nesely didn't listen to my own advice. Was babysitting for a friend and she was late home so I told her to hurry or DP would be too tired and that's exactly what happened. So I cross and moaned about it saying do u not want to make me happy blah blah blah. Anyway thankfully my moaning worked and he was able to work his magic yey. Mooncup in again.
Not sure if I've been feeling ov pains or whether I'm just imagining it coz Im thinking about it so much. Hope it is tho. Do others get ov pains after our positive opks or is it during the positives? I had 2 days of positive and back to negative today so
Hoping it means I've only just ov'd as only DTD on second day of positive and today. Wish u could find a way of knowing exactly when you're ovulating but whoever discovers that wil be a millionaire lol.

Frolic I'm not much of a gin drinker but that blackberry brandy sounds right up my street!! Must have a go at making that.

So in crazy land it's CD7 and I'm still having a really heavy A. It's horrible. I've never had this bride I'm usually more of a 3 or 4 days kinda girl. So I'm a bit worried that something's wrong. Also now all my apps have given up on me so between FF, Ovia and mydays I am going to be fertile fr at least three weeks... Woo!! :/ fx

Somehow I have managed to time dtd to coincide with his birthday so don't need to alter to fit in birthday sex :-)

Fertility friend can't figure out if I have OV'd but think I did the two days ago based on opk and temp shift. Still going to keep dtd just in case as last month had two temp shifts.
