We are going for it this month. I want to announce my pg to everyone at Christmas, it'd be such a dream, so we have started a TITH-athon and will continue for the next week/10 days to give us the best chance of catching that egg. We can do it!

Afternoon ladies, having some spectacular cramping today. Currently laid on sofa with hot water bottle and paracetamol. I've also eaten a bag of minstrels so that should will make me feel better.

These ClearBlue ovulation thingies. Are they worth it? Do they actually help narrow down the ovulation window?

Is there anywhere I can find a list of the abbreviations as I don't know them at all!

Hi it'sfunnier, let me tell you a few:

Poas= pee on a stick (pg test)
Epo= evening primrose oil
Nudc= naked upside down cycling
ov = ovulating
Cd= cycle day
Af= Aunt Flo (period)

Bfp= big fat pregnancy

Sorry bfp means big fat positive! Sorry even my mind went blank there! Haha obviously a symptom!

I was so annoyed at dp for not dtd last night I know its nasty but he knew these few days were the most important. I stayed up Monday to dtd and I was so bloody tired it just annoys me.

Sunbathing I know sperm hangs around but 18 months of ttc im a crazy woman lol

MrsE It must be the pressure were all feeling, I rarely argue with dp but when we do its usually about ttc

Dozy lol at the bj haha I cry at everything but I really had it in my mind to dtd everyday over ovulation and if weve missed it I know ill blame him and I shouldn't.
I get my positive opk the day before my ovulation pain.

Welcome to all the newbies and the bus transfers!!

Going to try and persuade dp to dtd today and hope I still catch the egg, cramps are a lot less today but still there a bit.

Read up about ovulation cramps today and apparently there is 3 types: 1 when the eggs are developing, 2 when the eggs rupture out of ovary and 3 when moving down your tubes. I hoping the cramps I have today are them moving down tubes meaning I can still catch it lol.

Randomly im still getting bits of ewcm when wiping normally I have it the day before ovulation (loads of it) and then it disappears?? weird

Frog, hope the minstrels made the cramping better.

Blueberry, I'm with you there, I've dtd when I'm tired at any time of the month. So it annoys me when dp says he's too tired at ov time.

MrsE, oh dear it must be tough having dss sent home, surely if they had a Helper for him then this would make life easier for the teacher.

Chandler, sorry there was no nice big egg there for you but hope you have a lovely holiday and enjoy a few glasses of , hopefully your body will do it's stuff while you're away relaxing.

I'm still feeling crappy but slept for 3 hours this aft and my sis kindly picked my ds up from school and a couple of pizzas for ds and student. I'm rarely ill and feel totally wiped out, still feeling really sick and could probably do with eating something, maybe I'll try some dry toast.

Have to say when I was being sick in the night I wondered how ladies with morning sickness cope with it! I've been lucky not to suffer with my previous pregnancies, it must be awful!

i got a flashy smiley today, a day earlier than previous months (not sure if that means that i will ov a day earlier) might try and dtd tonight but we are both tired. will defo do it tomorrow if not.

Argh dp never ceases to surprise me!! Now hes fed up because everyone keeps saying stuff about having kids.. ive had this for 8 years he knows nothing of how it feels and now hes being all withdrawn and grumpy!! Jesus grow a pair!!

23, ttc #1, cycle 1

hi everyone, i haven't been around for a while, my gran has been very poorly and she passed away on Sunday night, i am meant to be ovulating this week and as such don't feel like i am,i have said to dh i don't want to try this month, just don't feel like i can and then to have the tww and be disappointed if i don't get pregnant would be too much, I just feel my body is going through to much stress and emotions at the moment, hopefully i will feel more myself to try in the next month after, good luck everyone

You are absolutely right a TA would be so much better. I'm going to ask for them to email work next time as they just send him home as they can't cope. At least We can make him do it if he comes home, hopefully
