New in Bedford - and TTC!

I realise this is a slightly off key thread...but here goes

We recently moved to Bedford (well just north of it) because of DH's job, and don't really know anyone around here. I'm 30, he's 40 and we're TTC number 1.

Just thought there might be someone else around that are in a similar situation, because I kinda need someone real to go through the 2ww with!!!

(and yes, I've checked local sites and no-one seems to go on them..)

Sorry in not in Bedford (I'm in West Yorkshire) but just wanted to say welcome to conception boards.

Good luck on your ttc journey, you've probably seen there are a few threads here for handholding through the 2ww, symptom spotting etc.

I'm in a similar situation (except different part of the UK - am in Berkshire) and I don't really know anyone here either! We have been here 3 years and all of my friends here are actually work colleagues!

We're also TTC #1 and are similar ages to you as well.

My AF has just ended so have a while before my next tww!

Not ttc but am in a village just outside Bedford

Moved here a few years ago, not very social so don't know people. Have to say though I had a great experience with Bedford Hospital and the local MWs and HVs. I note on MN that it's a bit of a lottery!
