Cd 57! No sign of AF. Next move?

I'm 28. Came off pill at end of June.
Had the standard breakthrough bleed and have since had nothing else.
I POAS CD 47 and it was a bfn.

Now what to do?
There is no sign of anything coming soon.

Do I POAS again?
Do I book docs appointment?

Worried there is something wrong.

My periods were very regular before taking the pill (10 - 12 years ago though)

Please help me, I'm going mad with frustration!

I'm sure someone more knowledgable will be along soon, but I would probs POAS again. It can take a long time for your cycles to return to normal after the pill, especially as you were on it for so long. If you are really worried you can see your gp or go to a sexual health clinic.

Il get a docs appointment booked for a few weeks from now in case nothing turns up.

beaverfever if you have a good GP they will work with you but NHS protocol is to wait 6 months before they do anything. I waited for 95 day before AF showed. came off yasmin in May after being on it for 3 years but had normal on time like a swiss watch periods. and got break through bleed and then nothing till last week. GP did test for me because of my age but then said everything came back fine and just to relax and AF will show up.

I know how frustrating it is to wait but I guarantee you AF will come. they never tell you it could take up to 6 months once you are off the pill to get things back to normal.
if you can manage it go get a reflexology foot massage to relax. I found it helped me just to relax. hang in there it will happen
