I'm trying to decipher my cycle, it's pretty hard to read at the minute as they're not regular again yet. Last depo 18mths ago, only had 2 light periods since, 25th June, (3days of spotting nothing else), and 23rd July (day one ass spotting, next 2 days med flow).
Nothing since. Zippo.

I think I had a positive opk on 11th august, a week after I had ewcm and thought I had already ovulated (I started a thread about that...)

I've done numerous opk's and hpts since and all negative. Opk's have had some darkish lines but not dark enough to be positive. Hpts have all been downright Snow White.

Anyhow... Onto my point Blush

Since I don't know what else to do I've started trying to determine the position of my cervix to see if I can pinpoint roughly where in my cycle I might be, coupling this with cervical fluid consistency which is currently white and creamy/milky. Cervix was hard to reach and hard so I guess it's high?

It all sounds a bit minging doesn't it? Sorry if it's tmi.

Can anyone shed any light, please?? :)

I've looked at beautiful cervix website but need an explanation on simple person terms please. Is there anything else I can do? (Besides basal body temp as DH would freak if he thought I was going all out determined)

When I was ovulating my cervix was high and soft, then went lower and firmer after ovulation. It went back up a few days later (i got pregnant ) .
Just check it at same time each day (and in same position) and keep a log on an app. I used opk alongside and it really helped pinpoint what was happening.
