Just wondering if anyone else is still in limbo?! Now on CD35, no sign of AF, bfn on test (I think, hard to wonder if I imagine these shadows of lines on the ICs). Loads of symptoms but don't want to let myself get excited in case AF shows and it's all in my head. Anyone else in the same situation?

Aching norks is still a symptom impatience :)

Soooo, I was googling just now and came across this: [http://www.answers.com/mobile/Q/Is_thrush_a_early_sign_of_pregnancy]]
I'm holding out just a little hope. I'm crossing my legs and not peeing until I can poas again... It really was a very small wee this morning and the instructions say to hold test midstream for 5-10 seconds - I bet I only pee'd for 1 or 2 this morning.

Do I sound desperate to you?

I do don't I?

I can't help it! I'm feeling all funny again, and my tummy is rolling today and making my feel a bit green! I guess I need to admit my hopes are up, catch me when I fall won't you ladies? Please Wink

CherryPie3 · 09/09/2014 09:10

Woohoo! Can't believe it's actually happened- will do another test tomorrow justo be sure!

This happened with a short luteal phase as I ovd on cd21 so there is hope!

ImpatiencePersonified · 09/09/2014 12:36

Oh Beaver... I can see me changing that to BeaverCumTwat... my brain doesn't work like most peoples!

Orangeisthenewbanana · 09/09/2014 12:38

Ha ha! All the fruits together! Finally having a little sit down after dashing about all morning. Took DD (although, in keeping with the fruit theme, she will from now on be known as Satsuma!) swimming and the to the library rhyme time. Fingers crossed she has a nap after lunch as I'm bloody knackered!

How's the bladder Cherry? Enough to pee with yet? And interesting about the thrush too.

Orangeisthenewbanana · 09/09/2014 12:39

Impatience Grin

R0ckCh1c · 09/09/2014 13:46

CONGRATULATIONS ELLSTOR!!! That is a positive line for sure!! SmileThanks Really pleased for you! Xxxx

Wishing happy news soon for everyone else on the thread Smile

Impatience I hope all goes well at docs... Keep us posted.

Cherry I never thought of how it would feel being heavily preggers in the summer! At this rate I won't fall until Spring time, so will be a winter baby!

How long was everyone on BC before TTC? I was for 15/16yrs. At first I was on depo injection then onto the microgestin pill. Anyone used ovulation slips before? If so, would you recommend them or say waste of money?

R0ckCh1c · 09/09/2014 13:54

I'm going to join in with the baby making chimes & hope it brings us all luck ......

Hhhhhuuuuuummmmmmmmmmm

Smile
Orangeisthenewbanana · 09/09/2014 14:40

I was on the pill for about 6 years (the only time in my life my cycle has been normal! Confused) but had to come off it about 7 years ago for medical reasons. Then had copper coil until we started ttc DD and again before we started this time. In some ways it's good because I had no hormoney stuff to get out off my system, but sadly my own hormoney stuff doesn't seem to be that great!

I'm giving the ov strips a go for the first time this month, just cause my cycle is so unpredictable. Got cheapie ones from amazon and the posher clear blue ones to use too when the cheapies start giving me a line. Come pee on some sticks with me! Might help dampen the 2ww POAS addiction! Grin

Oh, and Huuuuuummmmmmmmmm! Good baby chimes on this thread!

CherryPie3 · 09/09/2014 15:01

Afternoon everyone.

Well, I pee'd bit not on a stick, nowhere seems to sell first response around here??! Home bargains had the cheapie ones but I didn't fancy them as they're not very sensitive. It's still not quite 2 weeks since ovulation so not risking wasting my money on those.
And the post hasn't been yet with my ultra early sticks, they might not even come today tbh. So more testing will have to wait until at least tomorrow. :)

Birth control wise for me, I had 3 shore of depo (June 2012-Apr 2013), decided I didn't really like depo so came off and had copper coil fitted, this went AWOL! Doctor could find the strings, had an ultrasound and an X-ray and it was nowhere to be seen. Apparently it fell out! Blush I thought I would have noticed but nope! So then I was prescribed cerazette, which is around the same time DH said "let's ttc#4". So they're in the cupboard. I still don't know of I'm even ovulating so these hopes of a bfp could be pointless for me. :(

Baby chiming humming...

Baby Making Hummmmmmmmmmm.

That felt good Grin

3 shots*

(If you haven't guessed by now my typing is horrendous, I blame my iPhone!)

CherryPie3 · 09/09/2014 15:14

What's everyone's symptoms like today?

Mine are;

  • tiredness
  • sore boobies
  • sore nips
  • nausea. All day!
  • hungry to feeling sick in 2.7 seconds
  • strange not-quite-crampy feeling in my abdomen.

What's yours?

ImpatiencePersonified · 09/09/2014 17:21

Right then... The doc couldn't have been any lovelier.
I'm booked in for blood tests on Monday, they're gonna check my thyroid n everything too. DP has a cup to jizz in to make sure his swimmers aren't just swimming round in.circles... But that won't be for another 3 weeks.
Just a waiting game now I reckon but I'm going to test again on Saturday if still no AF... Just in case.
Beaver fingers crossed you get as nice a doc as I've had today.
X x

CherryPie3 · 09/09/2014 17:26

impatience that's awesome!!!

I'm so glad it went well! :) :) :) xxx

Orangeisthenewbanana · 09/09/2014 17:41

Glad the doc was helpful Impatience Smile. Great to feel like something's actually being "done" I bet!

ImpatiencePersonified · 09/09/2014 18:29

Yeah she was brilliant..... still kind of hoping I won't need her help though!

Mental I know...

xx

Beaverfeaver2 · 09/09/2014 18:37

I'm so glad she was good for you.
And hopefully you won't need their help but at lest the steps are in place if you do.

Fingers crossed mine is as nice and helpful as yours!

R0ckCh1c · 09/09/2014 19:36

Orange - I think I will join you and start POAS addiction Smile I just got some cheap & cheerful ones from Amazon. Been taking the 'Pregnacare Conception' tablets too with the other half. Wishful thinking & hoped they'd help to regulate my cycle, but hasn't been the case as yet.

Cherry - OMG how funny is that... your coil fell out & you didn't even realise, lol. Could the other half feel it inside when you had it? I've always worried about that so went on the pill. I have the ultra sensitive preg tests from Amazon 10mlU... But am worried that some of the reviews have said they aren't very good. So you'll have to let me know how you get on with yours Smile

Impatience - Glad your doc was lovely & let's hope you get a BFP on Sat Grin so you don't have to go through tests.

Beaver - Hope your appointment goes well too. Smile

Cherry - My symptoms are much better today... Headaches & stomach cramps gone & so has that horrible metallic taste in my mouth thank god. Just occasionally feeling sickly. It's amazing what hormones can do! I saw a funny clip on you tube about what men would be like if they had periods/pms, really made me laugh Smile

How's everyone else been feeling today? x

Orangeisthenewbanana · 09/09/2014 22:05

Yay R0ck! POAS buddy! Smile. I hadn't planned on using them this early into ttc but when AF arrived, I just thought that I don't want to waste any more months fannying about and guessing what's happening. I'm already kicking myself for not having my coil taken out a few months earlier! Ah well, what will be will be.

Am nicely tucked up in bed trying to decide what to watch on Netflix. Some new computer game came out yesterday so I am currently a PlayStation widow Hmm. Good timing though with AF being here. DH can enjoy playing that for a week or 2 before I start waving ov strips under his nose and pestering him to DTD - not that it takes much pestering! Grin.

Night all!
