Hi all- I wonder if someone can help! I came off the pill 13th July, had a withdrawal bleed a week later as usual and after a really crappy 4 weeks my 'AF' arrived pretty much on time 28 days later. It has been a very scanty period with old blood spotting, no real flow and very little fresh blood. It's been going on for 7 days and today I've had what I would call a true period, with cramps and red flow! So do I count today as day 1 of my cycle and ignore the 7 days of spotting, or should I just count this as cd8? Any tips appreciated :-)
