Positive test 6 days before period due

Basically what the subject says. I took a test on Friday which was positive and then another on Saturday morning which was also positive. I am not due on my period until this Thursday. I'm like clockwork. I have also been feeling really tired and a bit bleurgh.

Has this ever happened to anyone else? Could it be false positives? I don't want to get my hopes up as we have been trying a few months and I had a horrific ectopic earlier this year.

I already have a 22 month old.

With my last pregnancy I had a positive at 8dpo (so 7 days before my period was due). Lines got progressively darker. She's now a happy 16 month old so i think congratulations is in order .

Fingers crossed for you, i would keep testing (but i am a notorious POASer and a bit obsessive with it!).

Definitely sounds positive. Similar here... I have had a faint line on cheapies since yesterday - AF not due until Wednesday but similarly have just 'felt' pregnant without any distinct symptoms (I have a 11mo). DH bought a clearblue this morning and positive 3 days before. Although not entirely planned, we are tremendously excited!!! Good luck! :-)

Glad to hear its not just me then I'm going to test again at the end of the week and hopefully I'll see another little line, all being well.

I have just done another test, a different brand and it came up positive straight away.
