Right, I had a bfn today. I think I might be a bit early, as my period is due today or tomorrow. I didn't use first morning wee either. BECAUSE I FORGOT! I woke up, needed a wee, went to take a piss and only afterwards my sleepy brain got active enough to realize that I was going to test today... So I used later wee and I am now blaming that for the bfn. Wink
Will test again in a few days in my period stays away.

Just popping in from the April ante natal bus to say Kitty I'm thrilled for you, I hope you have a healthy and very happy 9 months.

KittyVonCatsington · 24/08/2014 11:53

spinning - I would say CD10 is slightly on the early side. Try taking them CD3-CD7 but lower doses than me, to get a slightly more balanced ovulation around CD13-14. You'll prob only get one follicle maturing but should be a bloody good one Wink

Thanks Wineandchoccy Grin

fatty I don't know when you ovulated or when possible implantation might have been but your are not out until the bitch makes an appearance

Katybear123 · 24/08/2014 12:31

At this bus is so nice and massively supportive. I have a question. Day 29 here still now af and got bfn on cd27, all odd symptoms have stopped apart from my boobs as still big. I'm usually a b cup max and there defo a c cup but not sore it's v weird and I'm not keen on it. Not sure what causing it, any thoughts ladies is it just body getting used to being off pill?

spinningirl10 · 24/08/2014 13:44

Thanks Kitty, I've always thought its little early but doc said it was ok and it just gives me slightly shorter cycles and therefore more chances of that bfp! I will try it cd3-7 though and see what happens Grin

Congratulations Kitty - wishing you a happy and healthy 9 months! Sorry teacher about AF!

I am still waiting over here. CD35 and no AF but still bfn (I think, maybe saw a line on IC but think my eyes are going a bit mad - nothing on the tesco one). I wonder if I oved later this month, hence everything being delayed. Who knows!!

Katy, your not out yet, all of my pregnancies i've not got bfp until a week after af was due.
I'm cd3 atm, just been to superdrug and bought some epo to start taking for nxt couple of weeks, also a multi-vit.
Ordered some opks and am going to start those religiously once af buggers off. Cycle 8 now, hoping this will b the last month, if not might re look at the soya info as i think this may benefit me.

Katybear123 · 24/08/2014 16:22

Quick q has anyone taken angus castus and dong quai to regulate cycles? I'm trying to do some research but there is a lot of conflicting info so wondered if anyone had experience?

Cpt1sock · 24/08/2014 17:00

Just popped on to see how're all getting along and wow!! August has been a busy bus. Congratulations to those who have had a BFP this round, hope you have a happy, healthy 9 months.

kitty CONGRATULATIONS!! I am so happy to see your BFP news. I'm a May Day baby, it's great always having an extra day off round your b'day. I've also got a May baby, it's a lovely time to have a baby too. Have a happy, healthy 9 months.

KittyVonCatsington · 24/08/2014 17:09

Oh, good lord! I certainly don't want my legacy to be the "Kitty Plan-get your DH to A & E" Grin You all make me chuckle!

Katy I wonder if your boobs are due to water retention? No idea if it's due to coming off the Pill as it didn't happen to me and women get different pregnancy symptoms so it could be a good sign. Keep an eye on everything and if you have ics (don't waste expensive ones), keep using them. You won't get a dark line see how faint mine is! but will be obvious something's there. You listening MrsGrat - keep testing Grin

I've read mixed things about Agnus Castus/Vitex. You will have to get them online as health food shops like Holland and Barrett aren't allowed to sell helpful high doses due to the status it has been given. Be aware they can mess with "already good" cycles but you should go back to normal if you stop taking them. They are supposed to help lessen PMS and regulate cycles so if you are struggling to get a regular AF (35 days or more) they seem to work. And of course, you could always try Soy Isoflavones if your cycle continues to play up!

KittyVonCatsington · 24/08/2014 17:12

Thanks Cpt I know how hard the past week has been for you and I really appreciate your best wishes-means a lot! Thinking of you xx

April It's 9th time lucky, I tell ya!

KittyVonCatsington · 24/08/2014 17:15

Jeez! How rude of me! I should fully read before I post

CONGRATULATIONS plinky! My BFP twin Grin So happy for you and hope you have a boring but lovely 9 months! Hopefully see you on the AnteNatal Clubs

spinningirl10 · 24/08/2014 17:18

Congratulations pinkyplonkGrin

EnglishGirlsReturned · 24/08/2014 17:35

Congrats to you too Plinky!

A word of warning following on from Kitty regarding Agnus Castus.... I tried it in Feb and had hideously long anovulatory cycle of 45 days! My have been completely unrelated to it but I've now sworn off it. I'm taking macca now as it just supports general reproductive health and has other great energy boosting benefits.
