Ovulation spotting

I'm in cycle 11 TTC and this is the first time I've had ovulation spotting. I've read about why it can happen but I'm just surprised it has only ever happened this month. Anyone else??

Any spotting between periods should be investigated further to ascertain the cause. Its often not serious but it should be looked into, it may well not be ovulation spotting.

If you have been ttc for a year without success a visit to the GP would be in order anyway. Simple tests can be done on both of you.
