BFP Faint Line Asda Test and then today Brown spotting

Hello everyone,

Me and my husband have been TTC our second child for four months. AF was due yesterday and there was no sign so last night i did a Asda home brand test and got a very faint pink line within 5 minutes. I was going to go and buy a better test today but then this morning I have very light brown spotting which is usually the start of AF. Has anyone else had faint positives with Asda tests?

So today I have done another test...a boots one and got a much darker positive line. I am just wondering what the brown spotting was a couple of days ago was (this is usually the start of my period) and I would have thought it would have been too late for implantation bleeding. Any of your thoughts would be great :) thank you

Hi 123 Glad you have a darker positive. Brown is good. It's old blood. Which means it was left over implantation blood about 2-3 days old so therefore, it tallys up well with your faint BFP (meaning you prob implanted 3 days earlier). Congratulations!

Thank you - I have just done a clear blue which says 1-2 weeks pregnant so your probably right ??
