hi ladies I'm new her and was hoping for some advice on my bbt chart, I'm not sure I'm in the right place so apologies if not xx

hi hun, thanks for confirming I'm in the right place. If I can do it ill attach a link (fingers crossed it will work) I haven't slept properly for the last 6 weeks, so getting 3 hours rest and taking temps at the same time each day has proved difficult

You have clearly ovulated according to the chart as there is a clear temp shift but you re right, the temps are erratic and lots of blank circles mean some of the temps are unreliable. The dotted crosshairs are mostly due to you not using OPKs rather than anything sinister. The dip at 9dpo could be an implantation dip. Only time will tell!

Sorry you haven't been sleeping well. Perhaps looking at relaxation techniques easier said than done I know and trying to ease your stress symptoms may help you.
I set an alarm every day, inc wknd and holiday to take my temps at the same time, even if I then go back to sleep. Could you do the same? Hopefully you won't need to
