I can't use tampons as they fall out and hate the feeling of towels.
would a cup be any good for a bucket?
can you feel them in?
can they fall out?

:) x

They vary in size. I use a mooncup and love it but have never had any issues with tampons falling out. The mooncup is quite firm. Some of the other makes are much softer so may not be as suitable.
It might be worth getting some kegel balls to strengthen your pelvic floor.

You can't feel them once in place.
