I'm a mother of 2 and I'm 22 years old. Ive been on implanon for 1 year and never really had any symptoms just acne and irregular periods with a ex husband. I recently started having sex with my current boyfriend and I developed a symptom of pregnancy that I had with my previous pregnancies (constant peeing). That symptom is not one of the side effects of implanon. I also have the side effects that are part of implanon (lower back pain, nausia, bloated, weight gain, and irregular periods). Im currently on my period but I'm spotting. I decided to take the home test and it came back negative. Does a period on nexplanon give false negatives? Could I be pregnant? Why do I have side effect with this guy and not the other?
