I am waiting for my first period after surgery for an ectopic pregnancy and tube removal 4 weeks ago. I have been testing using OPKs and got a +ve on Thursday and then had very painful (what I assumed was) ovulation pains on Friday.
So my question is, if I definitely ovulated will I get my period in the next 2/3 weeks?
