Can you get implantation bleeding at 15dpo?! HELPPP

Hi all, so, I'm currently 15dpo (8/8/2014) and I'm due my AF on Tuesday (12/8/2014).
I haven't had any implantation bleeding, but I have had symptoms such as cramping, fatigue/exhaustion, sore/sensitive boobs, hot flushes, extreme thirst and headaches.
However, when I got up this morning and went to the toilet and wiped, I noticed brown spots on the tissue and brown streaked cm (TMI! Sorry!). Is it too late for implantation bleeding? I know some people implant late, but is 15dpo too late? It's only 3/4 days before AF is due, so I'm a bit scared it could be that, but 99% of the time it's full force.. I NEVER spot!!
Any advice would be welcomed!!!! Thank you in advanced :)

Are you sure you ovulated 15 days ago? Sounds like your cycle is longer?

How can you be 15dpo and not have your af due for another 4 days or so?

This does not sound possible! As Juneybean I too am wondering why you think you ovulated 15 days ago?

We've been using clearblue dual hormone OPK. Don't ask me why, just it told me I was at my peak fertility 6 days after finishing mg period? Luckily, if that wasn't the case, we BD'd more than a few times around that allotted time, and outside of the allotted time, so I could have ovulated later I guess. But if I'm going by the OPK, I'm 15po. How else can I tell how many DPO I am? Thank you in advanced :)

My understanding is that no matter how long your total cycle length is, it's unusual for the luteal (post ovulation) phase to waiver from the average 14 days for the majority of women, so it's unlikely that your OV predictor kit was correct.

That aside, if AF is due on a few days and you have brown spotting then it could well be implantation. FX for you OP! Smile

I had brown spotting 4 days before AF was due and the product of that is currently sleeping in my arms. Smile

Oh, and signs of OV are egg white cervical mucous, temperature rise using a bbt thermometer, some women get slight cramping.

Oh that's a tricky one. Fingers crossed you could try a test on Sunday morning?

It is possible to get a rise in LH that gives a positive opk result and not ovulate, it could be that you ovulated sometime after that.

Also you don't necessarily ovulate til up to 48 hours after a positive opk.

So you might only be 13 rather than 15 dpo if you did actually ovulate.

Whilst the luteal phase stays consistent, the follicular phase prior to ovulation can change and that will alter your cycle length.

Anyway, I expect by now you have your answer, hope it was the one you wanted.
