Hello one and all,
I'm Ria, I'm 33 (34 in Dec) and hubster and I have been married for nearly 5 yrs.
We started ttc in May but so far no result, I've been tracking my Af's for a while and have started to use an App on my phone that also tracks ovulation, since using this I've come to notice the signs and take more action!
I've also been trying to lose some weight, I'm currently 13st 12 (ish) so am wanting to get this down, I'm trying to switch to only having x2 cups of decaff coffee a day and the rest water or Lemon tea.
Hope everyone is well and I look forward to being a part of Mumsnet!
xxx

Sounds like you are doing the right things! The MichaelMosley 5:2 diet is fab.
Try not to worry about it though - Mindfulness is a useful approach. ( I had mine aged 31 and 34).
Very best wishes to you and hubster! Smile

Thank you cdwales, hubster does the 5:2 but it doesnt agree with me, so I'm going to re-start Slimming World, I've previously lost 2 stone on it. (smile)
