Hiya
this is my 1st time in this forum.

About 2 months me and dp decided to try to get pregnant. I have PCOS. We have had lots of fun ttc at all times of the month and still no positive. I have 6 week cycles which is great as I used to be all over the place. I lhave lost 2.5 stone too which has helped. But I'm just getting frustrated that it's not happening quicker.

What can I do to help the process any suggestions??

Thanks xx

Not many propel conceive straight away, two months is a very short time but I know how much you want it to happen as soon as you make up your mind to have a baby.

I would suggest contacting your dr as you know you may have some issues with pco s. Well fine in the weight loss - this will really help you now and also during pregnancy.

You can buy little ovulstion sticks so you can get to know when you ovulate and increase your chances that way.

Otherwise it's just the same old boring advice of eating well, no drinking and try to start taking vitamins now (esp folic acid).

Good luck.
