Has anyone had the Mireina coil removed and conceived age 44

I am 44 today, I have 3 grown children but we have decided we would love another.
I am concerned due to my age and the fact that I have also had a mireina coil in for a long time.
How long has it taken to catch roughly after removal of the coil obviously time is of the essence ?
Any older mums help with any advice.

I conceived 6 weeks after mirena removal at 39. i am 44 now and pregnant, too, but i have not had mirena meanwhile. good luck!
