I work for a performance consultancy where our mission and vision is to create a change in the world - we work with organizations to create coaching cultures through our various coach and leadership training products.
Our recent seminars with Hetty Einzig, who is renowned for her coaching and leadership experience, has sparked an interest in looking at Women in Leadership and how they can be supported. I am pushing for the seminar recordings to be put on our website and hope these will be available soon for anyone to listen to -- please let me know if you think this would be a good idea.
Following from her seminars, we are organizing a 1-day programme with Hetty in London where anyone who works/coaches with women or are women in leadership positions, or women who simply are going back in to organizations after a time out are welcome to join and consider how the potential for women in leadership can be fulfilled today.
